Good habits for a happy and succeful life

      

    I believe we all can learn how to be happier by adapting healthy mindset. It's a matter of changing your perspective and adapting some better habits. Following are some list of good habits that you can adapt.

  • Be optimistic with positive mindset 
  • Gratitude - Let's feel thankful for our lives and what we have. Nobody's life is perfect, and we should feel grateful for what we have.
  • Admit when you are wrong and apologize.
  • Cultivate self-love and confident 
  • Self forgiveness - Everybody makes mistakes and everybody falls, so rather than being hard on yourself, you can simply forgive and keep going.
  • Be kind and give back 
  • Be creative - Humans are creative being and the act of creating makes people happy.

Right body language

   Our body language says a lot about personality. Doll posture not only create a bad impression but also reduces your self-confidence. When you are sitting down or standing up always try to be straight with your solders back.

Take care of yourself.

    If someone of our family get sick we immediately consult a doctor and takes the necessary action but when it happens to us, most of the people are not caring unless the condition get worse. It's just an example a lot other factor also affect us when we concern about others but not about ourself.

Make and be a good friend

    Make friends with people who want the best for you and make yourself so.

Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not with someone else

There are over 7 Billion people in the world, If you consistently compare yourself with others, you are always going to disappoint, and it makes you jealous. Like you are good at some way, others are also good at their own way. Be inspire from them, be friend with them and learn from them. 

Be precise in your speech

At the beginning of your day

Do physical exercise at least for 20 minutes, when we do so our energy and focus increases. Some studies show it also decreases stress and enhances brains neuro-connection. 

After that we can analyse ourselves ask yourself wheather our daily action  is worth enough for our goal, or we are just being a part of the rate race ? Look at your goal and think what we can do today for our goal and take necessary action which alliance with our bigger goal.

    Do meditation for the next 20 minutes. Meditation can magically transfer you. It makes us calm, improves our mental health and helps you to understand your own self.
